What Is A Truly Stackable Switch?

This was an interesting little video we grabbed from CiscoLive! this year...I think it is interesting because I know from personal experience how passionate Jimmy Ray is on this subject. He has seen first hand how HP switches claim 'stackability' when they are anything but. This is certainly not the most abused term in networking but it is right up there.
